ESP32-S3 Command Center Arduino Sketch

This repo now contains a single Arduino IDE sketch: ESP32_S3_Command_Center.ino.

How to flash

  1. Open ESP32_S3_Command_Center.ino in Arduino IDE.
  2. Select an ESP32-S3 board, for example ESP32S3 Dev Module.
  3. Install/select the Espressif ESP32 Arduino core if needed.
  4. Upload the sketch.
  5. Open Serial Monitor at 115200 baud.
  6. Connect your phone/laptop to the Wi-Fi network printed in Serial Monitor.
  7. Open the dashboard URL printed in Serial Monitor, normally http://192.168.4.1/.

Default access point:

  • SSID: ESP32-S3-Command
  • Password: esp32s3lab

Dashboard features

  • Modern responsive web page served by the ESP32-S3.
  • RGB LED color picker, brightness control, presets, off button, and effects.
  • GPIO lab for allowlisted pins with input, output, and PWM modes.
  • Wi-Fi scan, connect-to-router, and forget-router controls.
  • Live system status: IP, mode, uptime, heap, RSSI, LED state, GPIO state.
  • BLE advertising start/stop hook.
  • DNS resolve tool.
  • HTTP proxy/GET target test with returned body preview.
  • Restart button.

Hardware notes

Update these values near the top of the sketch before flashing if your RGB LED uses different pins:

static const int LED_R_PIN = 48;
static const int LED_G_PIN = 47;
static const int LED_B_PIN = 21;
static const bool LED_ACTIVE_LOW = true;

Many ESP32-S3 dev boards have a single addressable onboard RGB LED instead of three PWM LED channels. This sketch is ready for a three-channel RGB LED; adjust it for your board if needed.

Only use the GPIO dashboard on pins that are safe for your board and circuit.
